We are aware of a phishing email circulating that appears to be from Manohar Bandam at Quest Global Digital. The email invites state agencies to attend virtual meetings about statewide contracts 14822, IT project management, and 16322, IT development. Quest Global Digital is not an awarded contractor on either contract and DES has no active engagements with the company. Do not reply to the email. If you or someone in your organization receives the email, do not respond or click any links. Delete the message immediately. What’s more — USPS cannot change its retirement model without congressional action. Our latest white paper projects the financial implications of the Postal Service’s current retirement model and explores four alternative models over the next 20 years. One option is to diversify retirement fund investments, which could by itself address the agency’s retirement benefit funding problems without affecting employee benefits, but it isn’t without its risks.
