DD-PT-26-010 Attendant Care for Children Worker Guide The Attendant Care for Children worker guide to address common attendant care concerns related to children receiving services. This worker guide is intended to provide clarity on the allowable uses of attendant care for children and provide direction to alternative resources when attendant care is not allowable. New October 2026: ODDS updated the transportation guidance in the worker guide. It now includes information about private-pay and other arrangements for children’s transportation that don’t include ODDS funding. ODDS also included more examples and rationale behind transportation and attendant care limitations. Worker Guide DD-PT-26-047 Updated Child Support Needs Assessment Profile (SNAP) and 6% Rate Increase Implementation The Legislature approved a 6% rate increase for child foster care services effective 7/1/2026. The rate increase applies to the foster care base rate established by the Child Support Needs Assessment Profile (SNAP). DD-PT-26-048 ODDS Employment and DSA Provider Site Assessment ODDS is updating guidance regarding the on-site assessment required when employment or non-residential day services occur at a provider site. Worker Guide Monthly Transmittal Review The Monthly Transmittal Review is held the second Wednesday of every month at 2 p.m. using the Zoom platform. Please register in advance for these meetings: https://www.zoomgov.com/meeting/register/vJIsc-qvqD8iGURx5OQk8TAdlS6Arg9ZAf4 After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing an appointment and information about joining the meeting.
